Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vitals Monitoring Associate III to
engage with customers and provide support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide first-level support via
phone, email, and other communication channels
Process referrals, renewals, and changes while maintaining client
records in internal systems
Assist clients with technical troubleshooting and work to prevent
service disconnections
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Up to two years of experience in a contact center or customer
service role
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a
plus
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Flexible availability for hours and overtime as needed
