• Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Bank compliance, security, and operational policies
      • Possess knowledge of all bank products, features, benefits as well as basic math functions. Ability to:
        • Accurately count money
          • Explain products and services to current and potential customers
            • Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
              • Learn to operate basic office equipment and banking systems
                • Stand for extended periods of time
                  • Lift 50 poundsEducation and Training:
                    • Requires a High School diploma.
                      • Requires previous banking and/or sales experience.
                        • Cash handling experience (preferred)
                        • Pursuant to the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act ("SAFE Act"), all Universal Bankers (if lending) are required to maintain current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry ("NMLS"). If such registration is not active as of the hire date, the Banker must immediately attain active registration upon employment.
