Job Description:

A company is looking for a Utilization Review Index Intake Coordinator to assist in preparing electronic medical case files for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Scan, upload, and label case documents into appropriate files
Process referrals with deadlines and send reviews to healthcare professionals
Perform heavy data entry and assist with incoming calls and inquiries

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
Proficiency in computer programs, including MS Word and MS Excel
Typing speed of 50 wpm or more
Ability to provide a safe, HIPAA-compliant home office environment
Stable internet connection of 100 mbps or better
