Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capability Manager, Employer IVR &
Telephony to enhance customer and team member interactions through
IVR and telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the roadmap for IVR and telephony
capabilities
Execute priorities for migrating existing IVR and telephony to a
single-solution system
Collaborate with various teams to identify business problems and
implement solutions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience supporting contact center operations
4+ years of experience in data-driven decision making
2+ years of experience using Agile methodology software
2+ years of experience in a change agent role within an
organization
Experience in healthcare or financial services is preferred
