Manager to enhance customer-centric initiatives across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute cultural programs to promote customer
centricity
Review and improve current processes to identify and address
gaps
Collaborate with leadership to communicate updates on customer
initiatives
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of project management or related experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in building and developing customer centricity
programs
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
